Hedvika Picková was born on 11 June 1901. She was married to Karel Pick. The couple had a daughter, Vera, born in 1938. Her husband and her little daughter were deported in October 1942 to Theresienstadt concentration camp. On 10 January 1944, she was also deported from Prague to Theresienstadt with Transport Dt. Her transport number was 27 of 143. There the small family was reunited. On 18 May 1944, she, her husband and their daughter were deported to Auschwitz concentration camp by transport Eb. His transport number was 343 of 2,500. The whole family were murdered by the Nazi regime in the course of the hoah.
