\nPrague 2025 Stolpersteine
\nThe tree of life is a symbol of the circle of life, living, dying and reincarnation.
\nSymbolising the four seasons, just as leaves fall in the autumn and winter frost covers the bare branches, buds emerge in spring, and flowers, fruit, and greenery flourish in the summer \u2013 so does human life.
\nWe endure cold winters full of darkness \u2013 wars, personal turbulence, death and dying \u2013 only to carry on and bud as new life, new beginnings, grow and enjoy the fruit of our successes and paths that lead us through the darkest of hours.
\nSuch is the cycle of nature and life.
\nToday, as we stand here, we are the new branches of a tree as old as time. Our leaves may be blown by occasional winds or covered by frost, but the spring always comes, and so does the continuation of generations, the cherishing of old traditions, and the creation of new ones.
\nWe honour those who walked before us and paved the way that led us to stand here today.
\nMay their memory live as the roots of the tree upon which we all lean.
